Position Overview: This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. The Maintenance Leader will manage the Maintenance Technicians and ensure that safety, quality of work, communications, teamwork, team development, and proper accountability are carried out effectively. Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities that include preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, special projects, and service work. This includes the plant property, utilities, offices, and all production line equipment. Maintains the computerized maintenance management system for regulatory compliance, asset care and asset management.
