Key Responsibilities: Assist with installing residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Install and assemble ductwork, fittings, boots, returns, supply runs, grills, and registers. Set equipment pads, hang duct, run flex duct, and help prepare homes for inspections. Pull thermostat wire and assist with basic low-voltage connections. Follow instructions from the Lead Installer to ensure work meets plans, codes, and company standards. Keep job sites clean and organized. Maintain a professional attitude with builders, customers, and coworkers. Adhere to all company safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: No HVAC experience required — HVAC or construction experience preferred. Willingness to learn residential HVAC installation. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
