Responsibilities Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction sites and industrial facilities Support licensed electricians in wiring, conduit bending, and pulling cables Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and repairs Follow safety protocols related to low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards Help with framing carpentry and other construction tasks as needed to support electrical installations Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Participate in training sessions on blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical codes Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is a plus Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment like ohmmeters Understanding of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Construction site experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to follow instructions accurately Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Relevant skills such as blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or frame carpentry are advantageous Must be committed to safety standards and willing to learn industry best practices Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) 3% Match Flexible schedule Health savings account On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
